Anyone from Installations/Sales about?

If there's anyone around who has connections in to Installations in the South Wales area, please can you PM me - I've applied to have ntl put in at my new address and a letter arrived today to say it'll be this afternoon but I can't be there as it's too short notice.

I've been on hold to 0800 052 0649 since 9am and I've not spoken to anyone at all.
