Bulldog are in the bottom 4 of the worse ISP's in the UK NTL are at the bottom, source which report.

hmm, the problem with brief statements such as this is the data on which the ranking is unavailable. To repeat the data, would probably breach copyright.

ntl traditionally perform badly in these type of surveys, and that must be cause for concern. But if ranking is based purely on number of responses received, ntl as one of the largest ISPs always run the risk of a poor show. If rankings can be weirhted to refletc the numbers of punters repsonding versus number of punters connected, things might be different.
