I have heard you can get a spray that you spray on your tongue and it helps people with the nerves you get before exams, the dentist etc. Does any one know what it is called?

Olbas Oil is soothing at times too and also anything with thyme or lavender as Orange said.

Its a leaf you could liquidise and spray it.

ya can get it from Holand & Barretts and ASDA, it is fantastic stuff, i suffer from Panic Attacks and swear by it.
