Hi all!

We are currently in a non covered area (newer build houses in relation to rest of area) with many areas around us having access to Virgin Media. Is there any improvement on their coverage area or any way to get the cables extended? We are desperate to move away from Sky and will gladly pay to have cables extended or whatever.

Thanks

They charge too much for services that aren't half as good. Currently only on 5mb web and their customer service has been shocking when complaining with a faulty HD box.

Thanks for the email!

why would they? they are having all the work paid for them and then will still make money when customers sign up! ;)

lol, because, its extra infrastructure that they would be responsible for maintaining... and ive never heard of it being offered as an option that someobdy can pay for the work to be carried out in order to get their services.. just a plain no... even if the customer is only 10 metres away from the nearest duct, just because it involves digging the public pathways.
