Broadband down sw19

My connection has been down for 24 hours now and I've called VM twice each time I've had a different answer, the latest is that the whole of my area is down and won't be up again for 5 days. When I check the status checker for sw198qb it says there are phone issues but no broadband issues.

Anyone else in Wimbledon having problems? Worth calling VM again to get a straight answer? 5 days seems like a mega problem to me!

yeah, i have had an area fault which has taken 3 days to fix before, your's might be 5 including the weekend which they dont work
