Both times they came to our house they rang about 15 minutes before and on both occasions they came between the arranged time,so,in answer to your question they will arrive before 2.

The time slot quoted is for the arrival time so if you are one of the last jobs in that slot, they may arrive by 2pm but still be installing your new services beyond 2pm dependant on arrival time / size of job. They are generally pretty good at arriving during the allotted times though and as per the previous post will generally ring you to say they are on their way.

Depends what cabling work they have to do. Straight swaps on existing cables would take about an hour.

If you are using your existing cable connections and they are just swapping kit over, I'd say between 30 mins to an hour, if you need any new points installing then it'll take longer.

Not sure about 8am I'm afraid, some of the VM staff on here may be able to advise.

There is an 8-12 install slot, but I don't think they can guarantee any particular time.

ok, so looking at around an hour, would really have preferred an 8am install might give them a ring

8am-1pom
10am-2pm
1pm-6pm

of course usually they will turn up within the time alloted , just depends what the other jobs are before they get to you, each job is diff as is each customer.
