Just got virgin broadband installed through cable line but getting 2mbs download speeds and 256kbs upload. That can't be right?

A phone call to faults will be the quickest way for them to check your boradband settings have been configured correctly.

ive nto a clue jsut going on teh speed it what the small package is ie the rentention package, if we knew wha tpackage they wher emeanted to be on it might be easier to comment i can only comment on wha ti see
