If a title like that doesn't get a response I don't know what will !!
Now for the real problem - I'm base in Camberley and up until about a month ago had very few problems (am on 20mb and get about 18-19 normally) but since then I've started to intermittantly (but with increasing frequency) lose my internet connection (usually with a DNS problem and for between minutes and hours, sometimes overnight) - is anyone else been affected in the same way or could it be my cable modem going home?
Thanks

Modem model is Ambit 256 - that is connected to a D-Link DIR655 router and then by ethernet cable to my PC and wireless to my laptop.

Is it the info from the Event Log or Downstream & Upstream options ?

Your downstream power at 10.4dBmV is rather high but I would advise connecting directly to the modem as we do not support 3rd party routers and checking the speed again.

Remember to reboot the modem.
