Thinking of upgrading to 50mb Can i buy a second hand superhub from Ebay?

Is it ok to buy a superhub for 50mb broadband from ebay or elsewhere and then ring virgin up and upgrade to 50mb?

Virgin are charging 30 quid i think but im sure i can get one for around 20, well i may be able to.

Will they frown upon this or not care where i got the hub from?

why would anyone want to buy an ISP device from third party anyway? you should be more concerned about security and keeping hold of what YOUR paying for. call 150 > option 5 > option 2, speak to an agent and obtain a good deal :D
