Ridiculously slow speeds

Not sure what's going on with VM recently. For the last month or so, I have been having terrible speed issues. Most pages don't load or load very, very slowly. It's totally random when it does happen and can last from thirty minutes to four hours :(

It's really becoming a nuisance now.

I'm on 10M and have the Cisco modem BTW.

could you do a speed test via www.speedtest.net and post up the result

and http://192.168.100.1 post up power level and event log don't post your MAC, remove it before posting

Thanks for replying. I couldn't respond last night, because the internet went down again. Ten hours this time :(

Upload speed - 1.03 Mbps
