Hi i have been having trouble with the super hub on 30Mb broadband i keep getting disconnected from it from anywhere in the house.

Had the engineers out and they said it was because of my wiring ( dont have the points enclosed in a plasterbaord back box yet.

Using these with cat 5e cable (http://www.screwfix.com/p/philex-rj45-cat5e-module-outlet-kit-double/34584.

I have tested the runs and they all are okay and when i lose the connection and check the hub its as if its rebooting.

Only log i have, but don't always get a fresh log after the fault

Time Not Established Critical (3) DHCP FAILED - Requested Info not supported.;CM-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CMTS-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;

So any way to check this ?

Thanks

Robert

yeah best to keep the attenuator in place. regarding reboots.. if your on R26 then your not the only one, R30 is set to be released next week which will cure your issues but in the mean time have a read through that thread link above and also open the thread link within it that thread and read.
