Upgraded to 20mb BB and it is worse than old 10mb

Hi all,

Just a quick one, does anyone know what speeds I should be getting on 20mb BB. I have done some speed tests and get the following

Ping - between 70 - 100
Download - anything between 3mbps - 7mpbs
Upload - 0.70mpbs

Now these don't seem right and are lower than when I was on 10mb

I get 20mb down and 2mb up.

You should be getting 20mb. Duh. :p:

Pings on cable should never be higher than ~30ms. Ideally it's 10-15ms in most of England, and 15-25ms in Wales and Scotland. Anything higher indicates problems.
