View Full Version : still slow? ..... and my email?

i have to issues here,

1) i am currently on a 20mb speed + 40GB limit. I went over my limit which made my connection drop to 1MB but i heard my connection goes back up at the start of a month but ofc with virgin it hasnt... what should i do?

2) how do i get my virgin email? i logged into my router and got "****.williams8@adsl.virgin.net" and i put the password in and it isnt accepting it? any help.

Call them on 0845 454 2222 and ask when your limit resets, you might have to wait until 8am tomorrow morning though.

They can also reset your password if required.

how long have VM been capping downloads? I thought it was unlimited and they throttled your speed if you downloaded too much during peak time,

this is the worst ive had, the upload speed is more than the download :/ and my connection is supposed to go back up at the end of the month. There a good company but its there service that lets them down.

and what is virgins email?
