hey guys,
i'm debating between:
- 30mb broadband / tv/ phone package
versus
- 100mb broadband only, and stream tv / use skype.
price wise i'm seeing 45/month for option 2, while option 1 is 26.40 for 3 months and 38.90 for the rest of the contract.
I was wondering, aside from quidco, whether there are any good deals out there for this? Definitely want to keep with virginmedia - the house already has virginmedia now under my landlords name but that expires in 2 weeks and retention plans are non existent so i'm planning to just start a new contract under my name (instead of the ridiculousness that is the owner change process of virginmedia!)
any advice?

tip: calling them up gets contract reduced to 12 months, you get 100 quid credit and the 6 months discount of 5-10 quid per month (depending on service), and no fee for activating 50mb/100mb broadband. works out far superior to quidco + doing it online.
