You WILL NOT be getting an "Engineer" lol.
You can ask the "TECH" to check power levels and if they're out he can-
Fit a attenuator
Tighten all connections
Check your tap at the cabinet
Thats about it really.
So its pretty pointless - The Call centre guy seemed to think everythign was fine on power levels

bit elitist .. technically a technician will determine the best route to your property, the best setup outside and inside your property and complete your installation, by definition, that makes him an engineer :)

So why send a tech?

No idea..... Loads of T3 and T4 time outs maybe local power surges... he said... Suits me im home tommrow might be able to fix something..
Good luck, expect a hub swap :)
all i got was a cabinet power level redoing and a load of new connections, just to rule out anythign crap on my premises.
No new hub!!! tho at one point i thought it was going to be as he produced one out of the bag :O
Seems ok so far.... but... seems ok most of the time until its broken..

You'll notice a lot of things are ok until they're broken.
