I'm on the 30 mbps service and VM say the 3 mbps upload update has been completed in this area of Cardiff.
But my upload speeds are constantly atrocious (wired superhub).

I have a thread asking about this situation on http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Up-to-30Mb-and-50Mb-broadband/Cardiff-upload-update/m-p/544603#M55913 and someone reckons it could be related to a local fault F001602453 in Cardiff.
I have been unable to get through to VM about this. Is there anyone out there who can provide details of the fault, or is anybody else affected by it?
