Just upgraded to 30mbit to get away from a (recently in the past 2 weeks) TERRIBLE 20mbit service.Completely unusable during peak hours for gaming or streaming Video.

This is what i now have to put up with on the 30mbit service.... Yesterday it was crap too but not this bad.. Friday it seemed pretty acceptable.

Please who can anyone on here that works for VM advise me on what i can do or what is happening to fix this rubbish... I have tried the official forums but they truly are rubbish. Its like banging my head into a brickwall

Have you tried posting on the VM forums? That is 2nd line support.

Hello yes i Have.

I'm not happy with it taking about 3 days to get a stock/same reply of there is no Utilisation problem.

My last recent post had 1 support guy saying that standard reply then 1 saying there was a intermittent fault, that they rectified a few days later, which did nothing as its obviously a congestion problem (don't you think?)

So with that in mind what could i get from that it other than being told wait until September 2011 for when we upgrade to 100mbit in your area, which will no doubt mean they have to add some more hardware to cope with it all and hopefully lower the congestion we are all putting up with now.

So many forums are filled with this same boring packetloss type threads VM are becoming a joke..

It's not DPA for a connection fault, but its against the site rules.

I posted on the forums before going back to the CEO office.

Basically my first post took 4-5 days for a reply, was "yes can see some utilisation on your port and varying power levels"

I replied asking for a proper reply.

about 5 days later.

"power levels look normal now so must be utilisation causing your issues"

that was it, no resolution info etc.

The forums are been dragged down to phone support level now.

I got told my area is over utilised and my graph is nowhere near as bad as yours, so if I am over utilised how do we describe yours.

The problem with VM is they need pushing hard again and again to get a resolution on high utilisation, you will need to get in touch with the CEO office, and then ring them EVERY DAY until something is done, even if you do it for months on end.
