Hi,

I have the VM 50M package and my area has the upload speed upgrade. Recently however I am unable to get above 3.7MB. These are the stats from the SHub. Can someone please cast an eye over them and say whether they look OK.

Thanks

Nothing wrong with those stats (could've been better formatted though).

Check another speed-test server, to see if that makes a difference.

I am in the same situation. I was getting 4.7meg on the stand alone modem but only 2.4 with the Superhub. I was told it is an issue the the Motorola BSR whatever that means and the latest Superhub firmware is meant to have sorted it but it has not it seems.

After getting the speed upgrade a few days ago, my upload also seems to be hitting a wall at 3.7Mb. I don't have a Superhub though. Here are my modem stats if anyone wants to have a look:

mini slot size 1 is your problem, report it on the official VM forums they capable of getting it chased down, am amazed tho there is still areas with this problem as its been known for many weeks now.
