I was using my VM connection for the last time and bang on midnight I was dsconnected.

I'm not complaining just amazed they actually got something right at last!

Now if only VM were as quick to sort out customers issues..........................

thats unusual, I have never had or heard of equipment been collected before when cancelling.

Don't forget to check that they are equally efficient at cancelling your direct debit. :D

The disconnections run on a script, as it's you we could hardly mess up :) you might have stayed with VM :P

In this case however Nopanic was logged in, via VPN, and waiting to issue the disconnect to ICOMS / CNR just to make sure.

and the guy who picked up the hub had a virgin media ID badge that said Name: Nopanic
