Before the superhub the forum was 90% utilisation issues. hmmm.

so what better idea then to release a dud end user equipment and then get a new talking topic to flood out the utilisation posts? :)

You are correct Chrys, most of the posts were concerning overutilisation. Now they are more plooperhub orientated however as has been pointed out by Masque on more than one occasion tech support have not seen the same increase in calls relating to it.

Someone somewhere is in denial.:D

Not in the least.

I have the latest firmware and I can download and get to any website with everything ticked or unticked apart from IPSEC and PPTP without any issues and I am on a Cisco uBR and my connection is fine and has been for just on 8 weeks.

The only issue I have come across is a Superhub not going online even though everything said it was connected it stubbornly would not give any internet access even 2nd line tried and that got the caller a engineer booking.
