Hi, as posted yesterday, when I moved house the installer 'upgraded' me from the Cisco 2100 (iirc) modem to a superhub. I'm on 20mb package and am sick of having to restart the super hub 3-4 times a day to get an internet connection. Am I able to request my original modem back as I have no intention of upgrading to 30mb as long as I am stuck with this horrible bit of equipment.

Superhub is the standard equipment now. Also AFAIK all 20MB customers will eventually be automatically moved to 30MB in the future.

Have you turned off IP flood detection?

Yup that is turned off as well as firewall. Constantly on different devices - wired and wireless - get 'local only' or 'no network access' on the network status. Transfer light has gone green and the network access in the superhub settings will change from allowed to denied.

You can't get you old one back, it's been recycled, you can request a regular hub or a modem from cs if you speak to the right person.
