My Virgin services were installed in 2009 since when I have had no land line service and no matter how many calls I make I still do not get the charges credited and no-one seems to bothered about getting it working either.
Does anyone know where I can send my letters so they will get addressed or at a minimum responded to and the charges taken off for a service I have not had.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

If you have made multiple calls to no avail then try the CEO's office by sending an email to neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk giving clear concise details about your issue and that you have called many times and achieved nothing.
