My Internet has been disconnecting a lot for over a week now..One minute it is OK and then it is down.

I think I am on cpc3-cosh11-2-0-cust412.6-1.cable.virginmedia.com.

I have this from the modem log..if it means anything.

Everything looks normal so I would advise you to call up tomorrow morning after 0800 and before 1600 on 151 from a Virginmedia phoneline or 0845 454 1111 from any other phoneline and they will run some checks on the connection for you.
