The lasttime I called them, to give you some idea I think they used to be on: 0845 650 1234 however, they're not answering on that number anymore so I'm assuming it must have changed.
I can't seem to get any sense out of the 'My Virgin Media' section of the website, keeps pointing me towards 'talk with jane' or something, but it doesn't make any sense, asks me if I'm 'cable' or 'national' then asks 'does this answer your question'. I say yes, it asks me again 'cable or national', I say no, it does the same loop again.
So can anyone provide me with the phone number to broadband tech support?
