Hi Guys, Just joined up after lurking for a while

Was hoping someone could have a look at my downstream upstreams below. Over the past few months I have been experienced a really slow service. It is not been that noticeable when loading up web pages. However when I try to watch video is it very slow.

I have not really done much to try sort it out, other then rebooting modem. Just now I downloaded a song from itunes for first time in a while and it took 8mins!

So if anyone could take a look, it would be much appreciated :)

Call Virgin, if you get through to a tech who isn't a complete idiot it should take them about 5 seconds to see the problem.

Downstream SNR : 25.8 dB

Is too low, you could do with an engineer visit to fix it.
