hello folks. I have broadband and a TV package with Virgin at the moment and Im moving house to an address that Virgin say already has an account set up. The problem is that my new place is an annex to a property and the only difference in the address is a 'B' after the street name. Is there anyway I can explain this to Virgin and get them to install another box and carry on my account? I know they are very, very bad at understanding things that arent showing up on their system!
