Need sugestions - "The virgin wasn't so virgin"

Ive been with VM for the past 3 years, but in the last year the speeds are realy low and lately after 19:00 the speeds drop at 0.5 mb/s and very high ping.

I did live in at TW134HH and there never had internet problems on virgin. but when i moved to HA39LU Kingsbury area, the problems started from first day.

Now i move again (few streets down the road) and need an suggestion if either keep virgin or just go with another provider like Bethere.

I am on the 10mb package, ubgraded from 2, but they didnt change the modem.

Report this on the support newsgroup. Your upstream is struggling (56.5 dBmv). They will report back to you quickly after performing tests on your line. Post the stats you gave abd a description of your problem. They'll want to see the event log too.
