moved house and I have a feed coming into the house into a box with two outlets one for TV and the other for BB. There is also a feed from the box round to the back of the house with another box split to two outlets, one TV one BB. My question is which one is for BB and which is TV?

TV and Broadband share the same cable so STBs and SACMs can be connected to any output.

Of course you would only be connecting stuff that is properly subscribed to this new property. Kit that is from your old property is unlikely to work.

If I have understood you correctly then all points can either be used for TV or BB.

It depends what type of device is in the white housing on the wall .There some that have tv and fm ,tv and data and some which just have 2 tvs .If i can remember the data outlet was a couple db down from the tv and in some cases the filters stop the signal and the data side .we used to terminate them here we never botherd with that side .Try it you might get a signal:)
