getting quite frustrated, happens 2 - 3 times a week. basically, the modem "blips" with its connection, and while my wireless router keeps its ip it stops serving traffic. if i reset the router or release and renew the ip i'm back up and running.

how are my signal levels?

They are fine, I had the same issue but fixed now. It's due to some transient problems on the upstream. Your symptoms matched mine exactly.

Post to the newsgroups mentioning that you are seeing the T3 timeouts.

If you are torrenting quite hard that also makes the connection keel over, reduce global connections below 100.
