Had VIP pack installed today but??

I had the VIP pack installed today and have to say how much i love the V+ box but how long should it take for the broadband speed to go up from 10meg to 20meg as when i asked the chap that installed it he told me should be about a hour when he close the job down but that was over 3 hours ago and im still getting 10meg speeds.

I think it can take up to a day or 2, but when i've had broadband changed or put back on, its ranged from 15mins to almost 2 days.

Oh an also do the usual thing of rebooting the modem, although you probs already know that.
