Is anybody else having issues.. I've 3 times now, gone through the automated service and got cut off.

Dialing : 0845 454 2222 Option 3, option 2, option 3, option 2 - gets to " just so you know, sometimes we record these calls etc" then cuts off.

Add: Tried 4 extra times, just incase and nothing.

Yup and that's the most fun I've had all week. He started blaming my pc, etc. Got annoyed and just said book the engineer please. Tried to stay as polite as possible but just got on my nerves constantly.

I know.. he then said "i've checked your power levels and they are fine" as to which I said no, I've got 16.4 on QAM64 should be no more than 9 as far as I am aware. He then proceeded to ask me how I found out the power levels as it's not possible for the customer do this... DOH :(

If you type "Virgin media" into SAYNOTO0870.COM, you'll get a whole load of alternative numbers to the 0845 number's including the one that Webbie tried.

They cannot be relied on to work and if you get through they may not have the ability to transfer you.

AFAIK there is no offshore adsl centre. 0845 454 2222 is for adsl tech support and is based in UK.
