First of all Hello my first post.

To start our house is fitted with cable and wirless box and a cable telephone box, from previous tenants,

We had NTL about 3yrs ago for around 12 months then cancelled.
about 9mnths they upgraded the cables in the street
but my outside box and inside is still C+W.

Our quickstart pack comes 30/12/09 will everything be ok with virgin media?
Due to the older boxes, the website said we could receive everything, 50Mb BB, All Tv etc:o:

Dependent on what you have ordered the will be a modem, wireless router, set top box if ordered, various cables and a splitter for connecting the modem and stb to the wall box and a very long ethernet cable if required, I think it comes with cable clips as well.

No both separate you only get combined units on ADSL.

If the order has been processed correctly then everything will in the box with a checklist, anything missing will be sent out ASAP but unlikely to be incomplete.

Just remember to follow the instructions and call 0800 953 9500 to be activated.

You can use any router but only the supplied ones are supported by Virgin, I use an Edimax which is unsupported.
