Can you post the downstream and upstream pages from the modem. It'll give the Guys a better Idea of what's going on.

Just noticed you're on 50Mb so they above may not is incorrect.- That's what you've done.

What result do you get from speedtest.net? It won't be 100% reliable but will give a rough idea.

If you are having issues then call the 50Mb team tomorrow morning after 0800.

Where abouts are you? As if you check the current threads - Tumeout 20MB and Slow internet.. national or local? - there are numerous users experiencing slow internet (packet loss). Have a check through those threads and see if its like anything your experiencing?
