Traffic Management!

After starting the thread about the slow speeds in Glasgow. I have learned that the reason I am getting half a meg at peak times is due to traffic management.After I submitted my compaint this was the reason I was told.

Does anyone else think this is unfair? I pay for 10mb.

I don't mind dropping to 5 mb but not half a meg.

It's nothing to do with that. Whoever told you that is talking out of their rear end.

Traffic management on 10Mb would reduce your speed to 2.5Mb not half a meg.
