Virgin Broadband & TP Link WR340GD router

Hi Everone,

I have bought TP Link WR340GD router to connect Internet through wireless, I have done all the installation using guidance and perform the Quick Setup by selecting Dynamic IP, but still wouldn’t able to connect to internet.

Any help will be appreciated

Two things - make sure you've got the cable modem connected to the DSL/Internet port on the back of your TP-Link.

Also, and this is the most important, reboot the cable modem by popping the power cable out and then putting it back in. Do this when you've got the TP-Link hooked up, and then run through the quick setup.
