Hi.
It seems of late I have a problem with download speeds. Whenever I download a small program or file, it says 5 minutes remaining but it takes forever to download.
It starts to download, but when I watch it the speeds stop then about 6 seconds later they start again and it keeps doing this. I don't know if it's my connection but it's starting to annoy the hell out of me now.
Any suggestions, thanks?
