Hey guys, long story cut short, a friend of mine recently had his VM BB line upgraded. He is currently seeing the act2.virginmedia page, which when interacted with to select "Ex NTL" he is presented with a page noting that his connection is not recognised. I checked his modem event log and it seems an update is trying to be applied to the modem but they fail. I think he is planning to call CS but I thought I would ask anyway.
