Every time I use Speedtest.net to check my stats I appear to be connecting to a different server. Currently I've been connecting from Glasgow to Birmingham and my ping can be anywhere from 200 to 700. Can anyone tell me if this may be a temporary situation as this is the worst I've seen and it's been going on for 4 days now.
Also, when I first joined a couple of months ago, every time I looked I was getting 5-6Mb (on an 'up to 8Mb' package) but now I can barely scrape 3Mb.
Does this sound like a problem on their side or my side?
