I used BT 10mb shared by 4 ppl last year and the speed was ok. I was able to play online game while my friends were downloading. This year, we use virgin 20mb and we expect the speed will be better than last year. I have test the speed by using speedtest.net. The latency is 10ms and max speed is 19.67mb which is close to 20mb with provided router. However i am not able to play any online game while my friends are browsing. After replacing the new router (Belkin N+ Wireless Router (F5D8235-4)), the latency and max speed are same as before. Nothing changes about the speed. So I don’t think is the router causing slower speed. Why Bt 10mb is faster than virgin 20mb, I think we are only running 5-7mb speed but the speed test is 20mb. Why is that?? What can we do to improve the speed?? Is the virgin problem??? Thanks.
