50 MBIT Equipment [Archive]

Had 50 installed, I got a new Modem Netgear N router. The engineer did not leave the USB dongle. I phoned up and they said they would send one, nothing in 2 weeks. Phoned 2 days ago and they said there was a mix up someone was going to send the wrong one, so they did not bother LOL. I explained what I needed and he said he would send one out, 2 days later I received a 54 MBPS Router LOL

What is the Virgin code or make of the USB N dongle they suppy?

not to sure but whenever i have problems with call center i usually go through the virgin twiiter team. They kept sending me 54g routers instead of N router so I used twitter. They will sort your problem out. Give them an e-mail explaining your situation twitter@virginmedia.co.uk
