Broadband Capping

I have had the M B/Band £25 for several years and have always had an excellent service.However for the last few weeks my speed seems to be back in the dark ages (struggle to get connected and slow).
Before I phone Virgin heres my question;
I own a small Guest House and have 1 bloke using my network.I notice that he continously downloads films etc.
Could he be pushing me over some download barrier? and what are the consequences?
Or do i just have a problem which Virgin will help me fixover the phone?

Sounds like you are possibly being traffic managed due to his downloading, but a call to Technical Support will confirm this for you.
