Hello
Having some problems with vstuff and keep getting cut off when phoning up for support or told "we will phone you back in x days" but no one ever does. So this is my last resort
The first month I used vstuff and free prints with snapfish it all went fine and I received my prints.... however for the last two months I have unsuccessfully got it work. I have managed to upload the pictures to vstuff but I cannot order them for printing.
Here are some lovely screenshots denoting the problem
the first shows I have clearly selected all 25 photos and then chose 'Order Photo Prints' on the right hand side of the screen. I am presented with a box saying I need to be the household account holder... which I am and had logged in using my primary email address:

The next 2 I have selected the photos and pressed 'View my selection (25)', the first screen shot shows the menu presented. I press 'Order print' and then screen shot 2 is shown saying I haven't actually selected anything:

It may also be worth mentioning that when photos are selected the 'delete' button never enables (can be seen on the first screen on the top right). I looks like a permission thing but I am signed in using the primary email and none of my other emails will log in.
Is there an end to my woes! Can anyone help!?
