Appologies if this has already been covered...

My Mum has her TV, Broadband and phone al through virgin, has had for many years. She has been on the 10mb broadband for ages and as I've been made aware of many virgin users have been upgraded from 2mb to 10mb for no additional charge, yet Virgin have not offered her either an upgrade or a price reduction. She is still paying £25 a month for a service which others appear to be getting for £15? Having just looked on the virginmedia website, even the 50mb appears to be only £28 a month.

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and managed to resolve anything. I'm going to get her to call them about this but it would be helpfull if i could tell her that some people had sorted the same problem.

What other services does she have? Does she recieve any bundle discounts?

Can you post the full advance charges section from her bill?

Thanks

I will check what she is paying for the other services tomorrow. I know she did receive a small discount by calling retentions but this was several years ago and i suspect the prices have come down since then.
