Any idea what this means?

From what I understand most of those error logs mean next to nothing and can be ignored.

I'm sure one of the Virgin techs will be along soon enough though.

What happens is that when the modem reboots every update for that modem downloads and Virginmedia disable most of them which in turn gives you most of those worrying looking error messages.

Just ignore them if you any issues you would better to post your power levels.

Traffic Encryption Key, which is used for DES encryption of upstream
and downstream traffic. When the CMTS communicates the TEK to the
CM, it encrypts the TEK using the key encryption key derived from the
authorization key. If it fails this then it will retry.
As Rob has pointed out most errors mean next to nothing, or the errors that you see will have little to no impact on your connection.

well the only reason i checked is because my modem rebooted by itself but its been fine ever since thankfully.
