Hello people,
I have been lurking here for a while and thought I may have a problem. Below are the parameters from my cable modem, they do not appear to be within the tolerances given in the sticky at the top, is this worth a call to an engineer ?

Yes, downstream power level spot on but upstream power level is too high.

For technical troubleshooting it doesn't have to be the account holder that calls.
