This failed its TLV-32, meaning it failed to download a upgrade image/bin file. This is normal since the modems have locked firmware.

it means if your internet connection is working, there's no need to go poking about the config pages

Clicky, post the "Host" delete out the IP address though ;)
If your a 50Mbit customer you will be.
If your a 20Mbit customer you maybe.
10Mbit and below, very doubtful.
cable.ubr01.sprt.blueyonder.co.uk
Legacy kit would be say ubr01.sprt to ubr11.sprt and anything there after being overlay kit 10k & BSR. Being on ubr01.sprt I'd say your still on the legacy VXR.

Your on DOCSIS 1.0 if you was on the new kit then you should have seen a log registering you to a DOCSIS 1.1 file.
Which means your on the old equipment.
Hi bbk,
There are DOCSIS 1.0 modems/ with 1.0 configs on 10k & BSR's.
