Thanks for doing that.

A 10K chassis is just one of the two pieces of kit VM use for their 50Mvit product, the other is a Motorola BSR.

Again your levels look great, downstream is preferred to be close to 0 and upstream 40, so yours are great.

Where are you downloading from?
Have you ever gotten 48 - 50Mbit?
Can you ping google and paste the results here,
Can you tracert google and paste the results here.

You may end up having to call support but I'd like to give you as much ammo as possible if I can.
