I'm on the 50mb service and during the last 30 mins we seem to have problems doing anything online, speed is down to 14kbps, sites load slow, mail won't download - reset the modem and doesn't seem to fix it either. Ping seems very high - and tests on speedtest.net are showing big latency problems
