Troubles troubles

Ok so, recently after a good run, Ive started having a series of problems...

Firstly I got an atrocious SNR, and a repull was done which fixed that... BUT
The day after the repull, I noticed that my phone was dead... A technician fixed that... BUT
I made the mistake of upgrading to 20MB, thinking with a nice lovely new cable, I should get close to max speed. I started wondering why my internet felt slow, and did a speed test by downloading 2 files from game... You know the routine.. I was getting 16MB which isn't too bad, but not what I was expecting..

So I went to 192.166.100.1..

Newly repulled cable, remember that?

Downstream Receive Power Level : 16.0 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 34.0 dB

I believe the recieve power level should be between -15 and +15. Could this be the cause of the slower than expected speeds?

I don't know if it will help your download speeds but it needs sorting before you lose your connection entirely.

Phone them up. :(

Yeah, I posted on the NG's and they confirmed that the power level is completely out of spec, and are sending an engineer.

Guess I wasn't being totally paranoid. :)
