Anyone else? Was down this morning at 9 AM Thursday, still down now at 7:30 PM.

Only 3 lights on modem.

Called 50mbit support - can see the modem isn't working, engineer booked for Tuesday :(

Still down on Friday...

Why would my cable TV still be working but the internet be down on my line if there's no area fault?

The modem works but the 'tick' light isn't on, the web interface on http://192.168.100.1 shows errors like timeout... No response from CMTS etc.

I have a feeling something must be broken at the Virgin Media side and an engineer visit to look at my modem will be pointless!

Have you both tried rebooting the modem and router ? it have worked for me
